What’s the process like for Custom design?

  1. Design

We can help you bring your vision to life by providing ideas or existing designs that we have available for you to choose from. Or we can accept your hand sketched and descriptions of the design you’re looking for.

  1. Estimate

Once we have the details of your design, we’ll send an estimate via email. If you accept the estimate, we’ll then send an invoice that can be paid online. Our prices are calculated based on materials + my time.

  1. Proof

Once your invoice is paid, we’ll send you a digital proof within 72 hours and if you approved the proof, we will then move into production.

  1. Production

Our normal estimated turnaround time is 1 week from the digital proof that you approved. Please note that this can varies based on our current workload or production scheduled, but we will definitely give you a timeline when your invoice is paid.

  1. Finish

We will contact you via email when your custom products are ready for pick up (local only) or when they have shipped.
